Business Scope
We operate across international markets, offering wholesale and retail of fresh and frozen beef products. All transactions are subject to applicable EU food safety regulations, international trade laws, and import/export restrictions.

Products are presented with care, but images are for reference only. Product availability, specifications, and packaging may vary depending on location, stock, or production schedules.
Pricing and EXW/FOB Terms
All prices are EXW (Ex Works) unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in logistics, customs regulations, raw material costs, or market conditions.
Returns and Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any food product due to food safety regulations, shelf life, and hygiene standards.
Exceptions apply only if:
The product is damaged upon delivery
Written complaint and photo evidence are submitted within 24 hours of receipt
The issue is verified and documented
Certifications and Compliance
Our facilities are certified to IFS Food, BRC Global Standards, and HACCP standards. Products can be delivered with required certificates, including Halal (if applicable / upon request).
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs vary based on destination and distance from our warehouse
We deliver via approved refrigerated logistics partners with export permits
Risk passes to the buyer once goods are handed to the carrier (Incoterms 2020)
Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed unless contractually confirmed
Intellectual Property
All texts, trademarks, images, and content are protected by intellectual property rights owned by Bedirhan Firat Canpolat s.p. No use or reproduction is permitted without written approval.
Liability Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
Delays due to customs, logistics, strikes, or force majeure
Misuse, improper storage, or reprocessing of goods by third parties
Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
Issues arising from non-compliance with local import or labelling laws by the buyer
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovenia. Disputes shall be exclusively resolved in the courts of Ljubljana/Slovenia, unless otherwise agreed.
WHOLESALE BUYER AGREEMENT
By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to the following:
Minimum order volumes, pricing tiers, and payment terms will be clearly defined in a separate Pro Forma Invoice or Contract, approved before shipment.
All products are sold as-is and may include acceptable variances within EU meat classification tolerances.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for ensuring that all products meet import, labeling, and regulatory requirements in their country.
Orders are binding upon confirmation. Any cancellation after confirmation may result in forfeiture of the deposit or penalties.
Unless stated otherwise, full payment is due before dispatch or under mutually agreed credit terms.
We reserve the right to deny service to buyers who breach these terms or cause reputational or financial harm to our company.
FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods)
Acts of war, terrorism, embargoes
Government restrictions or border closures
Pandemics, epidemics, or health crises
Transport strikes or shipping disruptions
Power failures or supply chain breakdowns
In such cases, the affected party will notify the other as soon as reasonably possible. Delivery timelines will be suspended for the duration of the event. If the force majeure event lasts more than 60 days, both parties may terminate the agreement without penalty.
LANGUAGE OF CONTRACT
These Terms of Use and all related documents, including product offers, invoices, contracts, and email correspondence, shall be interpreted and enforced in English.
In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
